SHOP POLICY

The cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout. International orders are currently limited to Canada and may include additional fees. Please e-mail meaganrosedesign@gmail.com for other inquiries.

All orders will be carefully wrapped, packaged and shipped in 5-7 business days, with the exception of custom orders. Custom order processing will depend on the commission and will be communicated via email. Please note that once your painting has been shipped, I have no control over any postal delays. I will wrap and package each order with utmost care to prevent any potential damage. If your painting arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please e-mail me at meaganrosedesign@gmail.com

*Pick-up/local delivery may be available depending on location.

All sales are final for original, hand-painted artwork, and therefore not eligible for refunds. Printed artwork may be returned and fully refunded, so long as it’s not damaged and has safely returned back to me. Please note, photography of the artwork will be minimally edited to preserve the integrity of the colors and portrayed as accurately as possible. Terms of Use for Downloading Digital Artwork

These terms of use ("Agreement") govern the use and download of digital artwork ("Artwork") provided by Meagan Rose Design (Meagan Gregg) through our website or platform. By downloading and using the Artwork, you (the purchaser) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and License:

• The Artist retains all rights, title, and ownership of the Artwork.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

2. Prohibited Actions:

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing the Artwork in any form, whether for profit or not.
• Using the Artwork in any way that violates applicable copyright laws or infringes upon the Artist's intellectual property rights.
• Modifying, altering, or adapting the Artwork without the Artist's written permission.
• Removing or tampering with any watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices on the Artwork.

3. Consequences of Violation:

In the event of a breach of these terms, the Artist reserves the right to:

• Pursue legal action, seeking damages and injunctive relief for copyright infringement.
• Terminate your access to the Artwork and any related services without notice.
• Seek compensation for any damages caused by unauthorized resale or redistribution.

4. Limited Liability:

• The Artist is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Artwork.
